Toblerone Chocolate Mousse

For something speacial and easy to make try this Mousse that everyone will love 100gms Toblerone
2 eggs seperated, beat egg whites till stiff.
1/2 cup whipped cream

Melt the chocolate in a metal bowl over a pot of boiling water.
Mix in egg yolks one at a time beat till smooth gently fold in (using a knife)whipped cream then stiffened egg whites. Spoon into individual serving dishes and refrigerate serve with extra whipped cream and grated chocolate.
