Tuna and Pasta Frittata

The first time I had this was in 1976 I remember it well , I was living in Sydney when I tried it.

150gms spaghetti
300gms mixed vegetables
415 gms tinned tuna in oil (drained)
6 eggs
125ml cream
125ml milk
s/p
Grated cheese

Add the pasta and salt to boiling water, and boil till aldente then drain.
Add vegetables to pot of water and boil till cooked, drain.
Mix the spaghetti ,vegetables, eggs, milk and cream together season and add to greased frypan.
Sprinkle with cheese , cook on low heat, with lid on  finish off under grill with lid off.
Serve with a salad
