Sausages with Onion Gravy

When times are tough this recipe is a beaut, served with mash potato and green beans.

1 kg sausages (thick or thin pork or beef, or savory)
2 large onions
1 tablespn oil3 tablespn flour
2 beef stock cubes
2 tablespn tomato sauce
1/2 teaspn worchestershire sauce
2-1/2 cups water

Heat the oil in a pan and add the sausages and cook until browned, then remove from the frypan
Add sliced onions to pan with herbs, salt and pepper and cook till clear or slightly golden then add flour and stir till golden brown colour
When you get to this stage add Water and stir till the gravy boils and thickens add tomatoe and worchestershire sauce.
Add sausages and simmer gently for 15 mins
