Spinach lasagne

I owned a cafe called "Junita,s Healthy Happening" a number of years ago and this dish was very popular all our dishes were vegetarian and well recieved the cafe was a bit ahead of its time thanks to its founder Jean and it gave me an oppurtunity to learn more about vegetables and what flavours match
The basil and garlic salt are the secret to this dishes succsess with the cheese at each layer makes this the easiest tastiest dish around

Silverbeet
garlic salt
Large tin tomatoes crushed
Garlic salt
Dried basil or Fresh
Lasagne sheets
Cheese

Cook chopped silver beet set aside to cool squeeze out excess water
Add 1 teaspoon of dried basil to a large tin Tomatoes mix
Add 1 teaspoon of Garlic Salt/pepper to tomatoes
Soak Lasagne leaves
When lasagne soft set up
Place a spoon of tomato mix on bottom of pan
Add lasagne layer- silver beet- sauce-grated cheese-lasagne layer
Ending in tomato then cheese
Bake till brown.
