Rissoles

I Love Rissoles and add lovely fresh herbs, great with mash potato and greens a bit old fashioned but still yum!

500gms mince
Basil
Oregano
S/p
½ cup Tomato sauce
½ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 onion chopped finely
1 tablespoon French Onion soup mix (optional)
1 chicken stock cube
1 egg
Combine all ingredients and season with basil, oregano and s/p
Mix well
Make into patty shapes
Fry in pan with small amount of oil
