Rice Cream

This is a cheap yummy dish but can be time consuming as you have to stand stirring but its worth the effort
You can make it in the microwave for 15mins stirring every 5 mins and adding more milk if getting to thick this is popular for kids and adults alike

Rice cream
1 cup rice
2 cup milk
½ cup cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla essence (optional)
Heat rice with milk and sugar add vanilla essence stir before it boils let cook at a gentle simmer stirring as it absorbs
Keep stirring until it has completely absorbed and you have the consistency you are after add more milk
