Stuffed Potato with Bacon
Cook a large potato let cool a bit
Scoop out center and mash add bacon cheese S/p
Place in foil leaving top free and bake in oven till golden brown.
You can add - spring onions/ celery/ Mushrooms/ corn/ onion
Serve with Sour Cream
