1 Chicken Breast Fillet thinly sliced ( I give the slices a little bash to flatten then.
1/4 cup Mirin
1/4cup Soy
1 small Teaspoon Grated ginger
Good sprinkle pepper
Skewers (soak in water about 30mins so they don’t burn.
Cut the meat then combine all the remaining ingredients
Just adjust the amount if using a second fillet.
Let marinate (I marinated for about 2 hours).
Place on skewers
Cook by grilling or frypan you could even use your air fryer. Till golden and cooked through
