Pasties

These Pasties are real economical and yummy to eat I always make about 12 a time and freeze them.

Puff pastry sheets (2 pasties per sheet)
Small amount of Mince
2 grated Potatoes
1 grated Carrot
peas
1 onion and a sprig of parsley finely Chopped (optional)
1 Chicken stock cube

Grate Potatoes and Carrot mix with finely chopped parsley and onion, stock cube, mince and peas, add Salt/pepper

When mixed together place spoonfulls of mixture onto pastry sheets that have been cut down the centre into 2 triangles fold and seal
Brush pastry with milk and bake on greased tray for about 30 mins in a moderate oven till golden brown
