Thai Beef Salad

Cooking is so easy when you follow a simplistic recipe this one is so tasty and easy you wont make a mistake.

500gms lean Rump or fillet steak
1/3 cup lime or lemon juice
Dressing
2 tablspn Thai fish sauce
1 tablspn castor sugar dissolved in 1 tablespn boiling water
1 red chill chopped finely
1 tablspn mint chopped
1 tablspn coriander chopped
Salad
lettuce leaves
tomato wedges
cucumber slices
1 red onion sliced thinly
1 Red chili chopped finely
mint leaves
coriander leaves
Fry the beef,and keep it nice and rare when cool thinly slice the beef
Combine the dressing ingredients and then add to the beef
Serve on a bed of salad.
