Savory Mushroom Cups

You can add any white sauce filling to this with any flavour
Easy to make and taste and look great. Ideal for the holiday season when wondering what to do with all that leftover cold chicken and ham

Mushrooms
Pitta bread
Flour
Stock cube
Cheese

Cut bread into small circles form into cups by placing into a greased muffin tin.
Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from oven and set aside to cool.


Add mushrooms to pan and stir fry gently
Add flour and stir through add milk and stir till boils and thickens stirring constantly
Season with stock cubes

Spoon mixture into cups top with Cheese
Bake till golden
