Warm Caramel Banana Pudding

This is a great dessert for all the family it’s so easy and tastes great especially when bananas are cheap

For the pudding
4 level tablespoons butter
1 cups of sugar
1 cup mashed banana
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 ½ cups of SR flour
½ cup milk
2 eggs

For the caramel bananas
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
1 cup cream
4 bananas peeled and sliced

Cream butter and sugar add eggs one at a time, beating after each egg, add mashed banana and vanilla and beat.
Add flour and milk alternately and stir till mixed well.
Spoon into prepared greases and papered tin and bake till skewer comes out clean approx 40 mins
In a pan combine sugar and water and stir till sugar melts then bring mix to boil and boil without stirring until mixture turns a slightly golden, remove from heat and stir in cream and bananas.
Serve over the warm cake
