Easy Hedgehog

I don't make hedgehog much these days but I still use them for catering
½ cup butter
½ cup sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
250 grams Marie or arrowroot biscuits.
¾ cup of mixed fruit and nuts
½ cup glace cherries

Place butter, sugar and cocoa in saucepan over low heat.
Stir occasionally and when sugar is dissolved take off heat and add egg.
Combine with crushed biscuits.
Press into flat tin.
When cool ice with chocolate icing and cut into squares
