Sweet corn and Mushroom filled pancakes

I make these every few weeks but change the fillings to suit the occassion, budget or mood
In this age of pancake mixes you can buy a mix for 60 cents a packet at your local supermarket if you dont feel like making them from scratch, make plenty and use some for dessert
These are so easy and kids also love them
1 ½ oz butter
Mushrooms, sliced
1 tin Creamed corn
2 cups white sauce
1 stock cube (Veg/Chick)
Cheese
Pancakes
salt and pepper

Melt the butter and cook the mushrooms until they are cooked but not too soft add seasoning and stock cube .
Stir the sweet corn with the mushrooms
Add the mixture to the white sauce season and then place the filling into each pancake.
Dot each one with oil or butter, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven
