An ESL student who I am training in Certificate II kitchen operations made this exquisite dish I watched over his shoulder so I hope I got it right I highly recommend it
1 pkt lasagna sheets
2 tins asparagus
4 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup grated cheese
vegetable stock cube
White sauce
3 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 cup cream
2 cup milk
Fresh Nutmeg a couple of grates
Place butter in to pan melt add flour and stir, add milk gradually and add grated nutmeg and stir till thickens add 1/2 cup cheese stir set aside
oil fry pan place asparagus in chopped in half and fry gently add vegetable stock cube season set aside
Boil eggs in water peel
Spoon some white sauce on bottom of dish add sheets of lasagna place layers of white sauce slices of egg and layer of asparagus repeat
Finishing with White sauce and grated cheese bake till golden
