Satays Beef or Chicken

Beef or chicken can be used in this recipe but cut the meat small I cut it to the size of my thumbnail and dont forget to soak the satay sticks before you use them so they dont burn when cooking
You dont need a sauce over these as the flavour of satay is dominant already

5oogms meat
1 strip lemon
2 medium onions
1tablspn soy
1-2 tablspns oil
1 teaspns coriander
1teaspn cumin
1teaspn tumeric
¼ teaspn cinnamon
1 teaspn salt
1 teaspn sugar
2 tablespn peanut butter
Cut the meat into small pieces place on Skewers.
Blend onions, soy 1 tablespn oil first add remaining ingredients for a few seconds longer add more oil if necessary.
Pour marinade over meat that is already on skewers let sit at least 1 hr
