Pumkin Soup

This truly delicious soup is refreshing and adored by all that try it enjoy
Approx 2 1/2 cups. Mashed cooked pumpkin
Approx. 2 cups water and a chicken stock cube or 2 cups chicken stock
1 cup milk or 1/2 light cream
S/p
1-2 chicken stock cubes

Dash of dried or fresh chopped mint
Chop pumpkin up small cover just cover with water or stock ;
Cook
Stir to form a puree.
Add milk or cream and mint
s/p to taste heat stirring
