This sweet can be served with many sauces I have tried them with a Strawberry sauce and as an Indian dish with a rose water syrup.
2 eggs
2tablespoon water
2tablespoon oil
1/2 cup sugar
1-3/4 sr flour
sugar for coating
Whisk eggs,oil,water and sugar add flour mix to a dough and roll into small balls
Heat oil in pan and deep fry till golden brown roll in sugar and serve with your sauce choice.
Easy sauces
Add fruit or chocolate or rose water and cream to a pot simmer till cream starts to thicken
when thick serve over dough balls
