How Yummy can peanut butter biscuits be these are so simple let the kids make them
1/3 cup butter or marg
1/4 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
2cups SR flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
Cream butter and sugar and peanut butter add egg and blend together till light and creamy
Add flour and spices blend
Add the peanuts
when mixed place on a sheet of foil form a roll about a couple of inches thick refrigerate for a couple of hours unwrap foil and cut to thickness required place on greased tray
bake 7-8mins till golden
