Quick and Easy Pastry

This is an easy pastry that takes no time to prepare, when I make pies I use it as the base and then use Puff on top you can make this more puffy by adding little dobs of butter on pastry when rolling and fold and roll again dont over do the butter

Food Processor Pastry
1 Cup flour
1/4 teas Salt

1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Cold water

Juice half a lemon

Add butter and salt to flour mixture in the food processor
Pulsing 5 or 6 times or until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs

With processor running, slowly add water (1tablespoon at a time) until the dough begins to form a ball and leaves sides of bowl.
Cover and chill 30 minutes.
