Kafta

Meat Kafta
This delicious Middle Eastern meat dish its beautiful I serve them with some hoummas and tabouli .
Zaatar Mix will give it a great authentic flavour

600 g lean ground beef
3/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons Zaatar mix or/1teaspn cayenne pepper 1teaspn ground allspice
S/p
6 wooden or metal skewers
Soak satay sticks in water first so they dont burn
Mix all ingredients blend till mixture is well blended so that it will stick to the sticks so that it can be pressed with the hands onto satay sticks dont make them too thick I make them thin and grill them they only take acouple of minutes to cook
