A winter meal if ever there was one you can serve this chili with rice, noodles, mashed potatoe in tacos on nachos in burritos and enchiladas as a dip with chips.
Make it hotter if you like adjust the tastes to suit
Chilli Con Carne
½ kg Mince
1 tablespoon oil
1 small onion (chopped)
Chilli powder about a pinch
1 tin tomato
½ capsicums
¼ teaspoon Cumin
1-2 cloves garlic
S/P
½ cup stock or water
1 cans kidney beans
Fry meat in oil till brown add onions and capsicum
Add rest of ingredients Except Kidney Beans
Bring to boil cook 1 hr taste and adjust
Add kidney beans 10 mins before serving
Serve with Rice or corn chips and sour cream
